October 1, 2025Oct 1 Author Entry 30.9 (Written on 1.10)Weeks until average life expectancy: 2758 (80th birthday) Day 254: No Useless VideosDay 1088: Sticking to Food scheduleDay 3: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)Day 0: Being in bed before 23:15 - This is reset once more becaues the airplane was 30 minutes late or so, then it took me some time to re-insert a new simcard i think like 5 minutes, then running arond the airpor looking for the exit and then about 40-50 minutes delay of the trains or so, I didn't measure the time exactly but i think this is a quite close estimate, maybe the delay was even longer than 50 minutes. because just the waiting on the platform was about that long, then there were additional stops in the train itself while waiting for another train to clear off the parking place, and the first train also stopped somewhat before it announced it was going back because of unauthorised persons on the track3 Things I did well, no matter how small-wake up at 2:30 to make a jog before the train-managing to prepare all the planned food for the day, by asking for the necessary airport all around the airport (can opener, disposable plate, napkins, knife to cut acucumber, disposable cutlery, etc.)-Finished the lacking 23 minutes of my planned jog afterwards in betweeen waiting for trains and on the way home (Which I cut short because I actually pooped my pants and wanted to get offloaded, plus I was running extra close to the train departure time)1 Thing I could do better-I guess I needed to prepare the food in the evening before somehow, I basically lost the whole day looking for all the necessary tools around the airport, which could have been a lot more time effficient if I would have done it at the hostel. (If I didn't want to chew things and leave them till the next day chewed up out of fear they will spoil, I could have taken only those foods that I usually chew as a replacement for cutting in a washed condition with me so that this would be the only thing left to prepare (chewing them up) before starting to eatGaming (Death, Slavery, Regret, Disease) - 5Yan (Life, Individuality, Freedom, Purpose, Self-Fulfillment) - 258

Nonetheless, sleeping in one fluent unit, not two separated ones, is healthier. Plus one is less productive at night. Our body is not designed to be active at night, plus I lose sense of time when I allow myself to step away from the schedule so much which adds on top of that.3 Things I did well, no matter how small-12 german units-1 pomodoro-Afternoon workout1 Thing I could do better-Drink water when starting to feel sleepy, and wait at least half an hour. (Set a timer) once it passes, then allow myself to sleep, and that is for half an hour, no more! Maybe you'll even want to return to play (I wouldn't recommend). Thing is, just get those 90, and then you'll be wiser. Keep it up, and feel free to pop in here if you want to ask something :)

How's the diet and workout routine going nowadays?)Amazing on starting the deletion for the Steam account. I'll be honest, that's something that will take me a lot of willpower to do. I will eventually do it, more than likely, but not for a while. It will probably be after 90/180 days or so. I have a Steam account(s), Blizzard account, Xbox account(s), all ideally completely deleted.Also yeah the diet you're on and the workout regiment, wow, it looks tough. I think from reading your earlier logs you're underweight, but you work out so much that even when you're eating a lot you're still losing weight? Very interesting - do you have to workout so much then - I think, trying to figure it out - you work as a bike courier for 5 hours per day? I suppose that is gonna burn a lot of calories and leave you little time to eat!Fantastic progress for you though, @Yan . Diet and workout mostly remain the same with slight changes overtime.However I've been recently running 42km weekly too in varying intensity.Second paragraph reply: It did take some willpower. I just had to remember that the more time I put into this, the farther I'll come from my long term goals, so I had to help myself be in line with my long-term plans. It is always scary, but one moment you may just do it. It will pass on as days go by, and in worse case scenario, you'll be able to buy the games you had again. The barrier will be higher however, which is what I assume you wantThird paragraph reply:I am roughly underweight by average standartds. I do work out a lot in comparison to the average person I assume. I no longer work as a courier since August 2024, but I did for 2.5 years. It was awesome. Indeed I usually have little time left to eat, and I am vegan, eat no sugar, no salt, no gluten, no processed foods currently, which makes it essential to also eat a lot of volume. It is hard to get all the nutrients without high volume.Thanks for the congratulations. Nothing extraordinary here. Very small daily progress that seems like nothing daily sometimes, but somewhat accumulates.
