-It seems the snooze button doesn't work. Once you use it once you keep doing it. (At least so it seems from today's experience)
Remember that if I wake up late, I am most likely doing harm to my progress on studying German, Blog, and the overall day balance. Because I have to re-plan and not follow the pre-written schedule which takes even more time.

Everything remains the same, but I may update the schedule after I go to the store in the UK, also I may update it today after the evening conversation with my apartment owner, if she says I may not keep things in her freezer, I may need to cook more.
Also, once I'm back if I manage to order black sesame/brazil/ cranberries/tahini, etc.. of the things that were missing in the schedule because of the environment change, I may do that and update the schedule accordingly.

There was a reset here, since the day before(26.6) I finished eating at 19:45 because I went for a long jog in unknown territory and went back pretty late. Still I didn't want to under-eat two days before the marathon event
Day 1: Being in bed before 23:15
(On the night of 24th-25th I went to sleep later since I was going to the hotel where I was going to stay for the night, because of the airplane delay, in addition I got delayed speaking with the border police and the Lufthansa customer service
On the night of 25th-26th I came late at night after 23 30 to my staying place. (After that it took me some time to understand what goes where sicne I came into a room with 10 beds where everyone was sleeping and the lights were turned off. 26-27th I went to sleep later because of finishing to eat later. 27th-28th was the first night back to the count

-Getting both the bib numbers and visiting the "farther shop" I had planned to visit for groceries
-Afternoon workout
-Going to meet family at train station despite the fact that it was raining

1 Thing I could do better
-Don't know exactly how, but needed to finish eating earlier to get in bed before 22:00.

-A personal record at the running event of about 30 minutes faster than my previous best
-Started going to the motel within the 30 minutes designated timeframe, which I put myself to start going back in the morning, despite father not yet having arrived from his race.
-Having managed to prepare a decent meal and eat it all before 19:00 despite the event taking place (Which was much tied to the fact I adhered to the pre-set 30-minute time limit

1 Thing I could do better
-Possibly having prepared food in advance to stay and make a photo right after the event with father. I do understand why this might have been important. I could have given this food to his wife a day in advance, not to carry it with myself in the bag.

As stated above, I forgot about the fact that i have at 30.9 2 bananas and 1 apples left, so they are to be reversed for 30.9
