Entry 24.8 (Written on 25.8 night)
Weeks until average life expectancy: 2764 (80th birthday)
Day 221: No Useless Videos
Day 1053: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 656: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 34: Being in bed before 23:15

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- Long jog
- Writing a long message with two additional new information pieces to tax authority to lift the late report fine.
- 1 hour of German

1 Thing I could do better
- Hold on for 40 more minutes before going to sleep... The fact I woke up in the middle of the night and started completing the evening routine makes me a BOATLOAD less concentrated, which resultes in the evening routine taking 2 hours and 40 minutes and counting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! instead of the remaining 40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe the cause was also the fact I ate a lot in the evening.

Food Schedule Update 26.08 - 8.9 (Not including 8.9)
Regular day
Banana 1
Cucumber 0.5
Tomato 1
Cabbage 35
Carrot 1
Dates 55
Avocado 1.5
Peanut butter - NONE
Brazil nut - NONE
Chard - NONE
Edamame 55g
Olive oil 50g - compensating for lack of tahini and peanut butter

Lunch
Carrot 1
Chard NONE
Quinoa 60g
Raisins 20g
Chia 10g
Flax 10g
Sesame NONE - Gotta find  this in 2 weeks cuz this is crucial for iron
Tahini NONE
Black Sesame NONE
Dates 55
Chlorella - 4g
Cranberries - NONE

Dinner
Peas - 130g
Potatoes 300g
Lentils 35g
Edamame 55g
Raisins 20g
Coconut oil 50

* Ingredients are interchangeable
* Changes allowed 'till end of friday
* Those are upper limits, ut probably because I want to limit myself to cooking two types of food a day - today Edamame and Peas will be omitted, I may then cook 35g lentils x4 and get a 70g portion, aswell as raisins double portion

Edit 1(14:30 aprox same day): On days of running it's 165g almonds, and on non-running 175g
On Sundays 65g coconut oil allowed.
Edit 2(17:11 same day): All the rules from the previous schedule apply unless specified otherwise in this entry. I mean specifically, the differences between the non running and running days and sunday and the food i eat before and after a fast day. Also the olive oil should be kept as it was because the increase of quantity of Avocado accounts for the reduction in penut butter I believe.
Edit 3(17:17 same day): Almonds still with the same separation of 40+50 in lunch and 35+50 at dinner

-Once I saw the shop of Edeka is too big and has relatively high prices, left it without getting anything.
-Workout
-Made goethe kurs purchase

1 Thing I could do better
-Possibly make an order of food online, could have made the process 1 hr instead of 3, also I won't have to go to three stores possibly

3 Things I did well, no matter how small -75% effort run
-Getting storylearning course

(Although until I pay it's not a real decision but that's the direction I seem to be going)

1 Thing I could do better
-Get more trial lessons before doing one more with Jurgen?

-10 German concentrated units
-3 Pomodoros
-Having put a goal to maintain myself within schedule with 10 minutes delay at most when setting goals in the morning

1 Thing I could do better
-Since I got delayed the first time while eating lunhc, I assume I could have prevented that by starting to eat while I'm preparing dinner, this could have prevented the delay.

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-250 minutes of german
-Visiting shoe inserts store
-Morning/afternoon jog, partially in the rain

1 Thing I could do better
-Realize that the booking of the train is the most important and that the difference in booking a bus later may be 5 euros at most. If I'd taken that decision off of me I would have probably finished the train booking earlier (Took me 1 hr 12 minutes)

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-75% effort run
-10 more emails regarding the fee for "late" handed in tax report
-308 minutes of German study

1 Thing I could do better
-It seems theese guys are sticking to their guns regarding the late report. Maybe calling them by phone on Sunday could help to get some empathy. I mean I handed the report on time, it just wasn't the format they wanted.... I really don't feel guilty to the extent that I need to pay a fee...

1 Thing I could do better
-Same thing as yesterday. I think I'm just staring at the screen too long during the course. today only 3% completed, even though I invested around 3.5 hours I assume. Better just put my best assumption in and send the answer, then use the corrections, rather than trying to understand too long in advance. It's okay to translate something once, but then if I begin to wonder too long, just stick my best thought in the box and keep going.

Major things I've done this thing toward my life goals
1. Done 3 Chapters and two thirds of German course

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-2 Concentrated German units
-2 pomodoros
-Sleeping until 7, thus having a bit more than 7 hours of sleep and contributing to my body's restoration after the long run

1 Thing I could do better
-I allowed myself to doze off for 1.5 hours about 2 hours after finishing the meal (21 00 till 22 30) even though I put a timer for 30 minutes, I ignoored it and kept sleeping and woke up accidentally. I assume in this case it would have been better if I would have done some pushups and went on to do the evening routine. After the evening routine maybe I would have felt different, thus allowing myself 1.5 hours more of productivity

1 Thing I could do better

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-Afternoon workout in the room thus allowing my quad (yes this time really quad and not thigh) to recover and the ankle from running every day) And because it was raining and colder than 15 degrees(Pretty sure about the second but not 100%) possibly prevented an eczema outburst
-7 German concentrated units, 5 of which devoted to Goethe course
-Having included in schedule to check the mail to possibly call Mas Hahnasa

1 Thing I could do better
-Possibly training in the room without shoes gave me cold feet later, which then contributed to my getting into bed to warm up and falling asleep.
Pay attention if that happens next time too to see if that was really the cause for cold feet

-Having Sent mother the soap bottles she has been wanting for very long
-Got 2 more avocados as I was right next to the store aswell as food cover nylon and a sponge for dishes, which may save me time

1 Thing I could do better
-The same as two days ago. Stick to a finish of German study 1.5 hrs before evening routine. Cut right in the middle if necessary. I may continue after I'm finished with the evening routine. The lack of planning of next day and answering to mail etc. does a lot of damage to my schedule I feel

-having left for a workout after almost 4 hours of chatting with my mobile network cmpany thus getting the conversation back to zero. It had to be done, so I feel. Otherwise my whole day would be "wasted" I feel, and not just 4 hours
-Afternoon workout of Les Chest and "Cool down" - rly cardio - and then a bit of less intense cardio
-Having finished Goethe's reading and listening placement test, only writing left

1 Thing I could do better
-When taking a poop, about 2 3 minutes in after the first "burst it's already okay to start wiping, no need to sit there for 5-6-7 more minutes, usually nothing else happens during that time. This might have allowd me to start the placement test earlier
