Weeks until average life expectancy: 2766 (80th birthday)
Day 206: No Useless Videos
Day 1038: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 641: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 19: Being in bed before 23:15

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- Morning workout - Shoulders, back, stairs
- 5 conc. units of apt. search
- 2 Pomodoros at the very least

1 Thing I could do better
- Even if I got delayed with the food until 1640 instead of 16 00, delay the sleeping time to 20 40 as a deadline, not 21 07 as it is now. Health must come first. Even if that means not washing dishes or not planning tomorrow

Day 21: Being in bed before 23:15

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- Afternoon workout (Legs Chest Stairs)
- 5-6 concentrated units of apt search (Didn't write ending time of 6th so don't know whether to count that_
- 2 Pomodoros

1 Thing I could do better
- Go more thoroughly through my questions list with the lady that called unexpectedly regarding apartments, not just skimming. I was feeling a lot of scarcity I guess and wasn't willing to ask too many questions because of it, out of fear that she'll judge me being too picky.. Or wasting her time. But those things need to be asked still.

Day 644: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- Morning run and continuing slowly regardless of intense quad pain
- Sending a boatload of messages regarding apartment
- 3 Pomodoros

1 Thing I could do better
- limit myself to 5 minutes answering messages and not 30 because the 23 15 deadline didn't come.... Sleep is extremely important, it is also very possibly responsible partly for the injury he symptoms of which appeared today

Hey @Yan, happy birthday -  for which ever date close to now that I remember it being. Ouch, quad pain. Do you know what'll help with that?

Hard to believe you remembered. Thank you very much, appreciate it a lot!
Well, I guess there are many things that may help with that... Which is the one you thought of? 🙂

One website (homegymreview) calls it the 'double lean back quadriceps stretch' - It is my favourite quad stretch, but is probably more preventative than a cure. This site labels it intermediate instead of advanced - all I know is I once saw a picture of a schoolmate doing it, and filed it away in memory for 10 years before trying it regularly. 😄

I lived with three Leos (late July - mid August birthdays) and they didn't eat me, so I remember this month and many people born in it. Lol

Food Schedule Update 31.7-14.8 (not including 14.8)
Changes:a
1. 10 more grams of almonds - Because I keep increasing cardio exercise times
2. Broccoli 50g daily - Because the apartment mate who left, left it to me. Until it runs out (Excluding fast days)
3. 40 grams of dates to compensate for a reduction in calories because of quinoa and edamame reduction
4. 40 grams of dates to add more weight because I lost 1.05kg in my last weight measurement (51.6kg - 24th of July)
5. edamame reduced to 200 instead of 230 to bring Manganese down closer to the upper limit of 11mg
6. Quinoa reduced to 40g to bring Manganese down closer to the upper limit of 11mg
7. May eat 65g peas more on Sundays (Because I missed 1 65g in a meal since i didn't have it cooked and then cooked 130g meal more by accident)
8. Spread some 60 additional ml of olive oil across 4 days. Let's say Saturday and Thursdays have 15g because I reduced it one day when I was in a hurry and had to eat all three meals of the day very closely together
*I may add additional changes 'till Saturday
*Changes of things that need to be cooked (Broccoli,Dates,Edamame,Quinoa) are to be applied since the next cooking batch once the current cooked one runs out (I have no Broccoli cooked so it is to be applied starting tomorrow I guess, in case I only use one pot tomorrow

Food Schedule Update 14.8-23.8 (not including 23.8)
Everything remains the same except for
1. Quinoa 60g per day instead of 40g (Trying out even though manganese is at 12.4 mg (1.4 above the 11 uL) Foalte is 1070 ug above the uL of 1000 and B3 is 35.4 mg above the uL of 35
2. Edamame 284g per day instead of 200
3. Changes on 21 to be made for 22 are allowed because it is going to be an irregular day of flight.
4. Additional changes allowed until the end of saturday in case I forgot something
5. Almonds 10g up daily because of still increasing amount of running
6. Broccoli is irrelevant
7. No need for more peas
8. If there's a small remainder on the last day when I eat the cooked dates, I'm allowed to eat thaat
9. Olive oil remains the same for now
-The changes that include cooking are to be applied from the next cooking

Prevention is indeed the best cure. Besides that I probably have 6 things I may do.
1. Get new shoes. (Mine are pretty worn out)
2. Get new shoe inserts. (mine are pretty worn out)
3. Get Chlorella ,which ran out (B12)
4. Drink more water
5. Increase sleep time
6. Increase water intake

Regarding the dynamic warmups, and stretches, I always do them before and after tempo runs respectively.

Thanks for the advice tthough 🙂

as stated writing a new plan for tomorrow. All the foods I have in my bag are allowed any furter updates are to be given after i go to the shop tomorrow or SaturdayI may also buy additional fruit or vegetables from my original schedule to eat wit te remaining fats if i go tomorrow on top of the ones already eaten because i didnt take any with me. this may also be adjusted during the day itself because if there are things from my original schedule that lack in the store i may need to replace them as i go with something with similar nutritional value

note- generally i'd like to eat as much o the food as i may before the fligt to not go around with additional food outside of my bags and attract possible attention to my large quantity of bags  😉

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- 1 pomodoro at the very least
- Having done many things at the airport from my regular routine despite having my bike box bag and about 7 other items . (Things like go to poop, brush teeth, dental floss, dry food so it doesn't spoil, eat dinner, etc.)
- Packing all my earthly belongings relatively on time (Eventually left home 45 minutes late, but it could've been a lot worse)

1 Thing I could do better
- Having planned for an additional suitcase. I was charged 30 euros. Maybe I could bring a bigger one and already take more things with me like my food and my food storage boxes. IT would be worth the additional 15 euros which a big suitcase costs. However, I'd need to find a big suitcase if that were the case... Maybe my apartment mate had one *Wondering emoji*

3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- Afternoon workout
- Having asked a restaurant to keep my food again so that it doesn't spoil in the middle of the night. This time the other workers agreed.
- Having asked my new host to take me from the airport which ended up saving some time. Sometimes when other people may help it's worth to ask it without having to fear I'll need to reciprocate. I would love to reciprocate if I may. As a saying goes that I heard in my highschool years "If you want to go fast - Go alone, If you want to go far - Go together"

1 Thing I could do better
- Having held a little longer without dozing off at 20 00 and missing the teethbrushing. Also, no need for 2 showers in the plan any longer as I'm unlikely to sweat after the first one here in Munich (For that reason keep the workouts and showers at mid-day, not to have the whole day in between the morning shower and sleep, so that I save 1 shower.)

However, I'd still like a day with two showers, because yesterday I avoided the second shower because of lack of discipline, although It was written in the schedule

Today (23.8) I'm still allowed to eat all things that are left + try to get the same things I did in alicante in the shop, however if I don't find something make a decision on place and include it in the weekly/bi-weekly plan afterwards, according to what my apt. owner allows. (If I may use 2 fridges or not, if not I might need to buy for 1 week or something like this.

Today, all of what remained from yesterday plus the same today, except for potatoes that are 300g and lentils 190g that I added. Also almonds are 165 g and not 175g and olive oil is 120g since this is a combination of today and yesterday. I forgot to write 60g yesterday

Tomorrow once more I should revert to original schedule's limits. I'll write in the morning, and hopefully the two week plan already as I go to the store (Not today since it's Sunday and all the stores in the suroundings are closed)
