- Continuing my day as planned more or less despite peeing* myself once again at night
- Ordering a matrass protecting material
- Picking Shoes that I have ordered up

1 Thing I could do better

- Implement productivity Game videos insights from how to stop worrying and start living including writing it down. (I did sort of used those insights in thought but didn't write it down..

- Meeting the weekend deliveries norm of 40 in order to get a 30$ bonus approximately
- 7 pomodoros
- Avoiding the temptation to start the day at 05 15 to get more stuff done when I woke up to pee.

1 Thing I could do better

- Do pushups in bed when alarm clock goes off to shake off the sleepiness 🙂

- Going slowly on the bike after a very heavy meal to avoid an unhealthy activity

1 Thing I could do better

- When summarizing a book, go into a bit less detail, it's okay if not every detail is included, nobody ever remembers all the details or uses all of them, and there are deadlines to meet, which are more important, the deadlines are probably the 80% of importance of the tasks, while the deep detail is 20%.

- Planning the day In the morning

1 Thing I could do better

- When doing apartment meeting, ask to finish after exactly half an hour in the beginning, and avoid the extra 15 minutes.
(Visualization didn't happen because of it...)

- After writing the 1 thing I could do better from two days ago, I have set a goal which is results oriented (summarize 1.5 hrs of audiobook within 8 pomodoros) instead of just the usual 8 pomodoros goal, and I accomplished a lot more, and time passed a lot quicker, because I was invested.
- 8 pomodoros
- Purchasing a weight vest, although it is probably not perfect but it's a start, and it might help me reduce the time of each workout.

1 Thing I could do better

- Order the vest from the website instead of diversifying focus to physically go there, eventually I ended up ordering it anyway..

- Despite dozing off for about 1 hour and 40 minutes, waking up, completing a part of the evening routine and going to bed on time.
- 8 pomodoros
- Chest and leg workout first thing in the morning

1 Thing I could do better

- When feeling sleepy after big meal continue to clean room or doing something that keeps me moving, as just doing visualizations at this step tempts me to just shut down.

- I could batch my social media and messages time further apart across a few days, and read a book instead not the other way around

- Getting out of bed 8 minutes after the alarm went off at 05:53
- A very small amount of distractions throughout the day, resulting in being very close to the weekly schedule I wrote (I have set alarm clock for 05 45 instead of 05 30 but apart  from that almost perfect)

1 Thing I could do better

- Reduce peanut butter in my lunch, as it makes all of the food go up when I do deliveries

Other mentions:
The last few days I had intensifying gaming cravings and memories, I think it might have something to do with lack in the social aspect of life. I actually have almost no-one who I am in contact with apart for my roommate. No solution for now. Should let this thought sit.

- Reduced peanut butter to 45g instead of 65g and made sure olive oil was soaked in salad before adding peanut butter (Although perhaps I should have only reduced butter, so as to be able to A/B test..

1 Thing I could do better

- Come bac home from deliveries a liiiiiittle bit sooner

Other mentions:
Still strong cravings, especially when in the evening I opened the social network VK which associates for me with games because almost all people I knew added there were from games.

- 8 pomodoros (Sidenote here - I'm on a streak since last Sunday ( 8 days ) for a minimum of 8 pomodoros!)
- Quickly recovered from waking up an hour and a half late and went to do the planned workout, while making it a little bit shorter
- Changed my bi-weekly nutrition and reduced some foods because I'm eating a hell of a lot of fats, testing it and will see if I want to continue
Changes:
Brazil from 12 to 0
Almonds from 90 to 80
Sunflower seeds from 90 to 80
Olive oil from 50 to 30
Peanut butter from 50 to 30

- When came back home avoided eating lunch when not planned (although I would feel hungry because I ate only 2 meals..

- First workout with weight vest, reducing time of workout from 5 to 4 (originally planned to 3 but it's a start :} )

- When my little brother called me not obligate myself to helping him in 2 hrs when finished with pomodoros, but set his request for another day.
As a result of the 20 minutes I've used in trying to help him uninstall some app/game, I hadn't eaten half of lunch and almost complete dinner...

- Hanging clothes, calling to set doctor appointments within the specified time barriers, not getting out of them.

Free text: I got out of schedule on many things today. I must remember that when I do so, I compromise my values.

- Returned home at 21 38 on time to still shower and help my brother a little bit with a game he was trying to uninstall which I'd been postponing quite a while.
Also stopped helping him when I didn't manage to solve the problem after 15 minutes, so as not to consume the rest of the evening routine

- Waking up on time(tomorrow at 03 45)Instead of sleeping in again! this time for 2 hours...

- Always plan for visualization before dinner or else the urge to sleep is big, and I throw the schedule out of the window

- Checking for Ultrasound appointments for the knee, even though I haven't set one, Keeping it top of mind will eventually get me there( There weren't very close ones so I preferred to wait)

- once more 3 hrs deliveries at the very least.
- Bought a present for my father's birthday in a week. I have never done it before, because I set a very tight money expense frame. But I feel like I owe him a lot, as he gifted me a lot of things throughout the years.

- Tomorrow just wake up and leave home, remember I love to workout in the morning, just like last week.
