3 Things i did right yesterday, no matter how small.

- 7 pomodoros and 6 hrs deliveries, great!

- Planning day in smaller detail and sticking to it quite well

- Back at home by 21 05 approx

1 Thing I could do better

-I have many things that I need to buy /fix concentrate on one at a time.

I believe that a full helmet is the most important one. Hopefully preventing me from breaking my teeth.

- When the guy who was living in the room i moved into beefore me, came to take his stuff without notice in advance, instead of helping him and interrupting pomodoro in the middle, I could have asked him to handle it alone while I kept working on the pomodoro

- Ride straight to the middle of the city and start taking orders below 1km, and not just in the end when I was pressed by time

- Finishing workout at designated time and not letting it slide like usually even though I did only 4h and 45m

- Deciding where to do the purchase in between two stores promptly after checking the prices in the new store that I didn't earlier purchase at ( Did it within 20 min as planned)

 

1 Thing I could do better

- Planned time for cleaning dishes in advance so that I wont have to take matters into the hands of my immediate thinking self

3 Things I did right two days ago, no matter how small.

- 4 pomodoros

- minimum of 3 hrs deliveries

- Even though I have gone to store, because It turned out I had more than 20 USD to cash there by the 31st, and it wasn't written in the schedule, I have minimized losses and promptly decided what I'm going to buy, which turned in 20 minutes rotal from the moment of leaving the house and till coming back to it.

1 Thing I could do better

- Write more time with a buffer for things. It is better to overestimate but hit everything rather than feeling that I'm failing everything and therefor that the schedule has no meaning... 

Because the time slides, and it is no longer an indicator for my next actions.

- Finished workout on time, although it was 4.5 hrs instead of 5 =\

- As a result of finiahing on time, managed to still do 4 pomodoros ( Before 18 00 which is the time I stop)

- Cleaning up room floor with taking all the things out of the room almost, including moving most furniture ( only apart for the closet )

1 Thing I could do better

- Wake up with alarm clock, 7.5 hrs is more than enough. Stop with the excuses!!!

- Do evening routine faster, no chillin' and talking with flatmates. Also it will leave time to more proactively plan the next day, and not to do it in the morning reactively.

- Lwaving extra time for earing lunch, and almost leaving on time( half hour late instead od the usual one hour. May sound that I improved from horrific to very bad, but it's a start 🙂 )

- Again wake up with alarm clock... ( Woke up at 07 40 when alarm clock rang at 07 00 )

- Do visualizations before food, not after it because after it I'm falling asleep if i just stay in place for too much time.

- Set up the apartment meeting to be at least in the next day since I've already had the current day planned out, and changing an already planned day is not the best practice I believe.

- The harder half of the workout (chest) despite waking up 4 hours late
- Leaving home without a jacket when going to the workout despite the stormy weather
- Cleaned some dust in the room and did some organization

- Wake up with alarm clock yet again! (Woke up at 10:20 am, when alarm was set for 06:00) - maybe the fact that I woke up earlier yesterday and was on the bike in the rain soaked from my waist down contributed to it

- Devoting 1.5 hrs to looking for a full face helmet during the time that deliveries were planned, since it is super important for my safety that I get one
- 8 pomodoros
- about 3.5 hrs deliveries in the rain

1 Thing I could do better

- Still the same, wake up with alarm clock( that was planned to 04:30) . Count to five, get out of bed and do some pushups. ( just a little bit, maybe 10, no need to overdo it though for now.)

- Reducing peanut butter from nutrition because my vision was blurry two days ago, and I assumed it was because of excess fats, I have also done it two days ago and it seems to help.

- Completed the 23 deliveries so that I'll get the weekend bonus (Needed 40 on saturday and friday, and I already did 17 three days ago)

- A bit less of a warmup, so as not to be so late on schedule that I decided to do less than 8 pomodoros

- purchasing a new fullface helmet after pondering it a lot of time because it is a very costly thing ( I got one that costs 260$ including delivery
- 3 minimum hours of delivery

- I m pretty sure I speak too much with my flatmate. Maybe I should initiate less conversations... This is a recurring problem (Although not sure that specifically yesterday it happened but it seems so, since I started the pomodoros late...)

- Changing my courier bag and fixing my bike breaks
- Making it on time to make and eat lunch, and managing to do so in a non habitual way (usually I prepare food to eat during my work, while today I came back, ate and left, and did it quite effectively)
- At least 4 pomodoros =/

- Plan 30 minutes for visualizing
