  1. Answered to @parkin posts. Good to see fellow from my country here.
  2. Hi Polish fellow! Welcome to the forums 😃 Your entry really resonates with me. I sometimes got addicted to the game without even playing, just watching gameplay was enough. Especially when it was with a commentary, and then I was able to watch it over and over wich is frankly compulsive. It's a good start that you noticed the problem. If you want to chat about anything related in your native language, just message me.
  3. Almost a year passed since my last entry here. Many things changed throughout this time. I'm definitely in the better place then I was last year. A lot of counseling, adding pharmacology, attending to 12-step programs. However, right now I'm in a really tough spot. And I know that journaling helped me in the past, so I'll stick to it for now.
  4. I feel motivated right now. Tired and need some sleep though. But I still feel motivated to stay sober.
  5. I've made ton of amentments, each time after relapse, I always fall back. But sometime it's still have to end.
  6. Being regular at writing here, it helps. I have to get this journal on my support list. To write whenever I feel the need to write.
  7. I see it helps me. I understood some things. Now it's just need to be continued.
  8. I made it. I made my 24 hours game-free and sober. Only 7 hours to make it 48.
  9. Only 6,5 hours to go. And this will be my one day at a time.
