  1. The urges/cravings come, some days hard and some days you will not notice them. There is an opportunity to grow every time an urge comes your way - try identify the trigger that is creating the urge - is it the actual game? Is there an emotion attached to it? Each time if you can identify what is transpiring in your life you can confront it and heal.
  2. Nice words from the heart. It is one day at a time, sometimes for me 1 hour at a time. But it is a process and that takes time. I wish it could be done in a flash or a week but a new world/life takes time to cultivate. I liked your intention to reread through the scriptures. I picked this up and here is one: ADDICTED TO ONLINE COMPUTER GAMING Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
  3. Well done for having that fighting spirit! Keep it and never let it it go! Having read your posts over the last few days i do pick up something. If one was an alcoholic they would not visit the bar - even though they tell themselves they won't drink. Addiction doesn't need reason, it needs opportunity. I've had this for about three weeks and it hits the nail on the head. HOW TO AVOID THE GAMING RELAPSE Keep that fighting spirit.
