  1. Damn i coulnt remember which day is today. i just simply against my urge to gaming by doing something else. My weekdays were average, some are productive, some are not. but i did not go to bed early and wake up early as i want. that is bad.

Other achivements of the day Did everything i need in a day Valentine bruh Lesson learnt: do not eat late, it will make you unable to sleep. Say something about t'day: One thing i will try doing tomorrow: Find out what to learn for an English certificate and get started. Goal is getting 1 in 1 month, 2 in 3 months.
  3. ~~ Day 13 ~~ I wake up at: 7AM (my nephew kept me not to everslept) Yesterday, I slept at: 2-3AM Today task progress Read a book: English studying 30m: Clean the room Study: today i learned ..... Skipped a day, it was above average in summary, let's not talk about the day since i don't remember much, except i got myself a great experience by reading a book with my nephew. Note: with the cleaning the room is the only thing i achrived i did the TDV thing, got not such a good result though, i had interesting experience today(loss, cure, thrill, mediate) Other achivements of the day I meditated, gonna make this a routine. I need more peace in my mind, more oxygen and relaxation I ate less, had some veg, and it feels great! I did the right thing, talk straight to the point of what i was not comfortable about and got it solved Note: i did not drink enough water though, such a loss, no problem, i'll get it done in the near future, i won't forget this Say something about t'day: One thing i will try doing tomorrow: Mediate twice!   4. Interesting experience you've got there lol. i've got my gf for 4 years and i think i f'got every sense that my brain use to flirt or maybe even just to talk with another girl other than mine. It's not that i want to, but how do you talk to girls?...
  5. Dude despite going for uni for a very first ( maybe last) time, it literally exhausted me out, i hate it. Hope we both make it through this time!

However the thought of it just came back drilling into my mind...just a pokemon game like the old time is just what i want.... that's why i'm here, guess i'm getting away from my computer and bring along a book with me.... Note: except cleaning the room, i just don't do any of the task recently, i went out meeting people, and at home take a little rest cuz my sinusitis, doing other hobbies and listen to music Not the productive ones, but the urge to relapse kept me from focus doing one, that's why i did the other thing Other achivements of the day Delete every fap material, damn this is hurt, those are such a treasure, i;ve been collecting them since 2016 (lmao) Talked to a total stranger, about their stuff, talking to others and helping other the little things that you can is somehow satisfies me Did not use the phone much (at all), i mean, this is such a huge ỉmprovement!   7. Relapse is everybody's problem in this forum. I think you should get another hobby/goal if you have free time to spend, such as music/instrument, go for a walk,... i'm in pretty same state right now and those gaming and social media are driving me nuts

  9. Thank you, although i did not get the work done, i went visit my relative and stayed there, bring a light book with me and call it a weekend, it's somewhat an effective way, too, just keep your self...not alone. That's my only advise, hope you and i both get better soon!!
  10. Hi there, i'm current a med student, new to this website and the urge to relapse has been rising past 2 days!! wandering the section and seeing someone in the same field here makes me feel i'm not alone!. May i ask you that how did gaming affect your life so that you found this forum?

I've just realized that i can't get all those number down in the record if i wasted a whole morning for gaming or sleeping cuz staying up late last night. 😄 Consistency is the key and time is the only way to give the key a chance to become reality.   22. Hello my new me and the community! Long story short: i'm a med student, not so great in it, probably hate it. I have f*kin unhealthy routines and no real hobby. My life degrades. Depression, anxiety, stress. Degradation overlaps. I know those bad habits are just keep pushing me to the edge of life, crossing the border to 'mislife'. 1st of February 2020. Nice day, determine quit all of those, refresh my self. Search google with 'reddit' at the end. Found this. I'm happy to find a community to do this. I personally wrote a journal in a journal but it did not last long. i hope that this place would be more interesting for me to keep this stuff on air. Quit gaming by change habits, easy. My main goals are: 1. Change routine: Sleep early, wakes early, drinks more water, eat less(i'm a bit overweight) 2. Read books 3. r/Stopgaming 4.r/NoFap 5. Set up routines( sleep wake hours, etc) (yes, this is listed twice) 6. Do a hobby: programming 7. Language enrichment. 8. Social skills is crucial. 9 Keep the progress to achivement active. 10. Say "i love you" to myself Converting to everyday tasks: 1. Sleep at 11:59pm - Wake at 4:30am - Noon rest: 1 hour 2. At least 20 pages or 20 minute reading books everyday 3. Learn Python: 30 minutes 4. English studying (vocabulary: 30m - 10 new words) 5. Clean the room: 10 minutes 6.
