  2. I'm not expert on that, but sometimes I feel that my habits are collapsing too. A possible approach could be getting back on track with one habit at a time, and giving kudos to yourself in each step of this process. Stay strong bro!
  3. Hey Tomas! Right after I quitted gaming I replaced gaming with Netflix and movies. It wasn't thaaat bad, but I wish I didn't do it. Reflecting about it right now, before quitting, after work I would play a game for some hours and then go to sleep. I didn't feel tired for gaming, it was quite the opposite. In my non expert opinion in the subject, I think we feel tired exactly because we are lacking that flood of virtual stimulation that we once had, and an easy way to get some similar stimulation is by watching Netflix. But this sensation changes over time, and I'm confident that you will be able to fill this voids with some go to activities.
  4. Hey, congrats on your fitness achievements!! Exercising gives me a really good boost, right now I can't live without it. And congrats on the decision of deleting your league of legends account, that's a big step! I didn't delete my Steam account yet, but I gotta do it someday.
  5. Day 26 Things got a little bit out of control after this weekend. It was a really good weekend, lots of oportunities to socialize and have fun and I enjoyed it a lot. But with all this activities lots of habits were left behind and as anybody can notice I didn't journal or planned my days at all. This, combined with some heavy drinking Friday and Saturday made my daily habits implode and my days were really messy. I don't feel really bad about the weekend itself, but the main problem is that it took me 3 days after the weekend for me to bounce back to journaling and having a structured day. I got sick on Monday evening/night and my Thusday was a waste of time with lots of Netflix and Youtube. Well, it's water under the bridge, and it's time to bounce back again! I didn't even notice but I'm on the 2 weeks mark on no fap/porn. Looks like it was yesterday when I relapsed, time really flew by! I'm feeling that no fap is a little easier right now that I got some long streaks going. Especially right now that in addition to porn itself I'm cutting all "virtual stimulation" in my day to day life - from social media to feminine sports news - things are feeling pretty balanced. I still see a lot a hot women in the gym and in the streets but I don't know, it feels different. Anyway, it feels good reaching this milestone! My guitar practice is falling a little bit behind. I feel like I should challenge myself a little more, but when I challenge myself too much I get a little demotivated with, for example, songs that I can't play. But I guess the most important is to keep practicing everyday. In no time the older challenges are gonna become easy and I will have some newer/harder ones! Ultimately, I gotta organize the section "30 days challenge", since it's specially hard to track something that I don't do everyday. The cold showers are going really well, but the other ones I skipped some days. Gotta think of another way to organize that, but not right now.   6. Hey! I'm starting with baby steps and, to be honest, I gotta be more organized. I'm trying everyday to be more "open" and smile at people, even if it makes me uncomfortable. I'm practicing by myself in the mirror at home and I think it helps. Eye contact too. I'm really self conscious of what other people think of me so I'm trying things like singing by myself in the streets, but that makes me reeeally uncomfortable. I'm pushing my limits with baby steps, but I'm pretty happy with my effort. Do you plan on doing or already do it?

  8. Hey, congrats on this attempt! I personally felt a LOT of boredom after blocking social media, some news websites and YouTube. Starting to practice new stuff when this boredom hits helped a lot. But I still use my phone too much, I guess. Which app are you using to block things? Right now I'm using an app called "Blocksite" both in my PC and in my phone.

  10. Day 25 Yesterday was pretty good. I like the feeling of excitement for change. I love the process of challenging myself. Especially right now that I'm trying to be out of my comfort zone everyday, it really gives me extra energy to go through my day. Today I have a trial singing class. I'm at the same time excited and scared. I'm not at all used to sing in front of other people. But I was told before, multiple times, that I have a good voice. Let's see what happens.   14. Day 23 I've been reflecting on how easy it is to fall in the comfort zone. We really gotta push our limits in order to see significant changes in our lives, but most of the times you relax and slow down exactly because the comfort zone is so convenient. Although I've been doing many things to better my life, I don't think I'm pushing my comfort zone enough. My lifelong problem revolves around social situations: public presentations, meeting new people, and other stuff. It's not that I can't talk to people, but I don't have charisma. I can't "charm" people. I get nervous in situations where I shouldn't. This shit affects my job, my relationship with my SO, my relationship with my family, basically everything. I have perfect awareness that in order to get better, I gotta put myself in uncomfortable situations. That's the only way. I gotta get daily exposure to every uncomfortable situation so that they become comfortable. So tomorrow I'm starting a plan to get exposure to these situations everyday by climbing a "fear ladder" (something I found out in google). It's gonna be hell, but I'm gonna get through it. I scheduled on Friday a trial class in a singing school that I found out the other day. That's an extra, and it's certainly gonna be uncomfortable, but fuck it. I wanted to learn how to sing for a long time and it's gonna better my voice. From my experience, journaling is a good way to track your progress and hold yourself accountable, so I highly recommend you start a diary. So, once again, welcome back!

  21. Hey, nice job fighting the urges man! And this is the best output you can get from this situation. Our brains try to convince us that relapsing is ok, but as soon as you relapse you regret it immediately. Try to wipe this ideas from your head and keep forward!

  23. Day 21 Didn't have time to journal yesterday again, ugh. Actually I had time, I just wasn't organized enough to stop and journal. So, today was a pretty normal day. Went to work, everything went fine. After that I went to the gym and then home. It was/is raining quite a bit, so my travel was canceled. I guess I have to figure out what I'm gonna do this weekend, especially in a rainy day. Thinking about it right now, I gotta start planning my weekends ahead of time. Like planning a tour to a place where I never been before in my city (museums, parks, touristic attractions, random events, etc). I think I'm gonna dedicate maybe 1 hour of my week to planning that, it should be good. My guitar practice was really weak yesterday, but I least I picked it up. Today I'm gonna focus on getting a good practice and get some good progress going.
