  3. Hello guys. I have been gaming a lot for the past 9 years or so before I quit. My body got pretty fucked up in terms of posture.I'm turning things around now but I want to share something that I found really helpful, regardless if you are into fitness or not. I was experiencing lower back pain, I was determined that it was due to my sitting on a chair and gaming for many hours. Long story short, I did some digging and realised I have alterior pelvic tilt. That's basically a tilt in my pelvic bone (lower spine) which causes some muscles to be stretched and some others to be short. It causes pain and feels uncofortable. I also realised it somewhat hinders my "sexual" posture , cause the tilt pulls your croch toward your back and not in the normal position. Anyway I found some helpful videos on the youtube and one really easy exercise that helped me. If you have the same problem , which is very likely you do, feel free to check the video out, or do your own research and find streches and exercises that help you. Here is the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CoOayJXqvi0
  4. 1.No video games of any short.I decided to quit the NBA fantasy leagues I was managing, they felt exactly like gaming 2.I'm going for 100 days no game and go from there. 3.Get laid. Do better in some classes in my uni Find out what I enjoy working on at this point in my life and work hard on it Meet people with same mindset and personal drive. 4.I still cant believe how we get hooked into gaming or other addictions and how much time I actually spend on stuff like that. I want to do in real life what I was trying to do in game.I want improve myself, overcome challenges , make friends and have fun for real, it's way harder but way more fullfilling. Let's do this guys!
  5. Hello everyone. I'm Chris .I'm a student from Greece..Been spending a lot of time in games and on the internet up untill now..I've quit video games for about 2 months now . I actually started my life turnaround by wanting to get laid funny as it may sound. At first I got into reading self help books on pick up , dating and relationships... but my interests about doing better expanded in multiple other aspects of life. I decided that I deserve a lot better .Eventually I got into fitness and health as well as better living habits overall. About 2-3 months ago I decided to quit playing games,asI have spend a ridicolous ammount of time in gaming and I thought there is nothing more I can get out of it.It was kinda hard letting go, but it was a long time due. Anyway ,I found Cam's channel like a week ago and I have to admit I was really surprised to find people with the same mindset.I find the youtube videos really helpfull and they provide knowledge that there is indeed life at the end of the tunnel, and reassurance that other people go through the same struggle of trying to fill the void after quitting games. I'm convinced that the decision I made to quit gaming and turn my life around and set higher goals and standards ,is the right decision for me. I'm grateful I found about people like Cam and this community even though I'm a newbie here. That's about it Cheers everyone
