  2. Day 79, you have work so hard man, sometimes change can open so many doors that you have no key for.
  3. The VA knows some better techniques to better relieve stress and it's called Chair Yoga made by Louise Mahoney. 1. Begin by sitting on the edge of your chair 2. Place your palms flat on your thighs 3.Inhale/Exhale a few times You can try to attempt one of 7 stretches if they help: Seated Mountain Pose-Place arms straight in air while Inhaling/Exhaling 3 times Seated Side Stretch-Place arms together in air and bend from left, Inhale/Exhale, repeat on right, Inhale/Exhale Shoulder Rolls and Stretch Seated Cat/Cow- Inhale, Lift your chest and arch the back, Lower while Exhaling Seated Forward Bend Seated Spinal Twist Seated Triangle Pose-Leg bent, extend arms to side and lean while Inhaling/Exhaling

I'll make this quick since i have a lot of schoolwork to do, my day almost ended when i got into a big debate about Interracial Marriages with a female, not really going into details, as the conversation i lost nearly made me leave the class in laughter. Digging deeper into this critical thinking thing for the first time, this is something my brain would never do when i was gaming. On a positive note, these 2 years in school will be easier now, turns out that the VP of the school knew my dad as we had a good conversation about fixing up my portfolio for the school. Good seeds.

  11. Nice -n.g-, i try to take breaks from sketching in my notebook so i don't burn out. Ever tried taking potassium, stuff's good for the heart and according to my VA doctor it helps with depression. Hence, if your potassium is low you start feeling depressed.

  17. I find some types of house chores relaxing after work day. This time I had fun since the appartment was visibly becoming a more comfortable place to be in. Day 19 A strange day. I worked on few "critical" task formally but finished none of them because they are stuck on review phase. By the time I got home I was almost falling asleep, looks like weather's doing. Hot shower resurrected me so I am writing this post now. Nevertheless, I enjoying walking through the rain since I am well-equipped to do so) Watched two new "Aboveguard" (solve the riddle to be triggerd) lore videos. I enjoyed video for what they are, installing the game back would be too long anyway. It's not like I don't want to play something, I sometimes even mentally skim throught the list of games I would play if were off detox. Funny how I came to appreciate library I already have instead of hunting for more. (: Achievement corner: I was solving Go problems while commuting back home for the second time this week. This is a good way to regain my board reading strength. Hopefulyy I would find time to play some real life or online match, not just correspondece ones. Almost there: Did 30 minutes of studying but had to spend it to set up more of environment which still didn't work. %) Gratitude corner: Point goest to analysts from client's team, since they are react pretty appropriate to question about tasks. Another goes to my therapist, I can point out specific cases where skill he taught me were put to a good use, especially today. Just keep at it buddy, glad you reasoned your way out of the video, i can't imagine the amount of downloading i would have to do to play one game, let alone multiple ones.

Day 13: Just a quick post, my life is slowly getting off to the right track, my mind feels clearer and i feel more confident day by day, i'm more focused and attentive, and i can remember what i did from last week. I actually wanted to thank you guys, including Cam, for understanding my situation and not beating me up too bad, XD. I've learned a whole lot from just reading your journals and i was a mess, mentally. I just hope i haven't offended anyone with what i posted on here, if i did i apologize. As i believe in treating everyone fairly can have some benefits, but only if you relate with something positive. Here's to another day without gaming. I'm grateful for not gaming and understanding people.
